Weston Gardens can handle all of your landscape needs, from design to installation. A landscape design is a blueprint, and the first step, in creating a successful, thriving garden. Whether it's a project from scratch or improving an existing landscape, our qualified and experienced, team of landscape designers and crew can work with any site, at any budget.
Weston Gardens has been in the horticulture industry for over 36 years and is capable of executing any landscape style or size of project. Modern, minimal, cottage, Mediterranean- you name it, we have done it! Our specialty is hard to find in a lot of locations. Weston Gardens serves all of Fort Worth, Dallas, Waco, Mineral Wells, San Antonio, Abilene, Graham, Austin, Decatur, etc.

How it works

The initial step in our landscape design process is the on site consultation. One of our landscape designers will come to your home or business and talk to you about your landscape wishes. During the visit, our designer will evaluate your current landscape, discuss your ideas (preference of plants, styles, likes and dislikes), establish your budget, and obtain a copy of your site survey. The initial site visit will be billed at $95 per hour.
-There is a minimum charge of 1 hour. Any time over one hour for on site consulting will be charged pro rata. All consultation fees are non-refundable.
-Ask us about travel fees if your site is beyond 30 minutes from Weston Gardens.
-If a site survey is not available, additional time will be required for necessary measurements.

Following the initial site visit, your personal landscape designer will return to our office and create your customized landscape design. Your design will depict accurate plant counts and locations. Also, your plan will be drawn to scale in order to allow for an accurate estimate. When your designer is on site, they can give you a close approximation of the design time required to complete your design.
Design time is billed at $85 per hour. Your designer can give you a close approximation of the design time required to complete your plan when they come out for the site visit.

Then the fun begins! After your designer has completed your landscape plan, they will schedule a review at our office. During the review, you will see your plan laid out on paper. Your designer will go through the design, show you pictures of plant choices and answer any questions you may have. This is also where you can discuss any changes or additions you would like to make. Following the review, your landscape designer will make the requested changes and/or additions before preparing the estimate.

Once the design is complete and reviewed at our office, and any changes have been made, an estimate is prepared. Estimates can be broken down by area or item to allow for phasing if desired. Estimates and/or budgets to install the design are complimentary.

On acceptance of the estimate by the client, a date is set for the installation. A 20% deposit is required to secure a spot on the installation calendar. Interim payment is required for larger projects (Projects that take more than one week.) Otherwise, final payment is due on completion.
